Yes. You can move to a lower paid tier (e.g., from Expert to Pro) at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. When downgrading from a higher tier to a lower tier, or from yearly to monthly billing, you'll receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your current plan. This credit is applied to your next invoice.

No. Your designs are always safe when you change plans. They stay exactly where you left them. Your access to certain features and assets will adjust based on your new plan. For example, premium templates and high-res exports require a paid plan.
Switching from monthly to yearly only changes how often you're billed. It doesn't change your plan tier or increase your token allowance.
AI tokens are tied to your plan tier, not your billing frequency. To get more tokens, you'll need to upgrade to a higher tier — for example, from Pro to Expert or from Expert to Max. Learn how tokens work.
Two things to check. First, make sure you're logged into the correct account. It's easy to be signed into a different account than the one you upgraded. Second, check whether what you're trying to do is included in your current plan. If you've reached your plan's limit, you may need to upgrade to a higher tier.
