Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Kittl Platform and its paid features until the end of the billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

Refund Policy
If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any portion of the fees already paid for the applicable subscription term. Refunds are generally not provided. If you believe there has been a billing error or another exceptional circumstance, please contact [email protected], and we will review the matter.
