HOW LONG WE RETAIN THAT INFORMATION

  • If your Kittl job application is unsuccessful, withdrawn, or declined, Kittl retains your data for various reasons, including potential legal challenges, future job consideration, and process improvement
  • Kittl retains your data post unsuccessful application for recordkeeping and potential legal use
  • After an unsuccessful application, data is deleted after 6 months unless consent is given for an additional 6 months
  • Successful applicants' data becomes part of personnel records
