Password reset

If you can't sign in or don't remember your password, you can reset it from the sign-in page. A reset link will be sent to your account email address.

How to reset your password

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
2. Enter your account email address and click Continue.
3. Check your inbox for the password reset email. If you don't see it, check your spam or Promotions folder (Gmail). Mark it as "not spam" if you find it there.
4. Click the Reset password button in the email, or copy and paste the link into your browser.
5. Enter your new password and click Submit.

Tips for a strong password:

• Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Make it at least 8 characters long.
• Avoid easy-to-guess combinations like "password" or "12345678."
• Don't reuse passwords from other accounts.
