Shopify App Privacy Policy

This privacy notice covers the Kittl Shopify Extension and supplements Kittl's main Privacy Policy at kittl.com/privacy. Both apply in full; this notice describes only what is specific to the Shopify integration.

The Shopify Extension uses the Shopify API to let you browse and import your store's products and product images into Kittl. Kittl is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Shopify Inc. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc.

When you connect Shopify, Kittl stores only the OAuth credentials (an access token, and a refresh token where applicable) needed to call the Shopify API on your behalf. We do not cache your products, product images, customers, orders, or other Shopify data on Kittl servers; Shopify content is fetched from the Shopify API on demand when needed to provide the integration. Anything you choose to import into a Kittl design is governed by the imported-content terms in our main Privacy Policy.

When you disconnect the integration in Kittl Settings, or uninstall the Kittl app from your Shopify admin, Kittl deletes the credentials from its production systems (subject to the limited log and backup retention noted in the main Privacy Policy). Kittl does not resell or redistribute Shopify content or Shopify-derived data to any third party. Shopify content remains subject to Shopify's Merchant Terms of Service and your store's own terms.
