Can't log in to your account

If you're having trouble logging in, one of the common causes below is likely the reason. Work through the checklist and try again after each step.

Common causes and fixes


Invalid credentials

Check that you're using the correct email address and password for your Kittl account. It's easy to have multiple accounts with different emails.


Forgotten password

You can reset your password at any time from the sign-in page. See how to reset your password.


No longer have access to your account email

If you can't access the email address linked to your account, contact our support team and we'll help you regain access.


Password reset email not arriving

Check your spam or Promotions folder (Gmail). If you find it there, mark it as "not spam" so future emails land in your inbox. Make sure you entered the correct email address when requesting the reset.


Password reset link not working

Reset links expire after one hour. If yours has expired, request a new one. If it's still within the hour, clear your browser cache and cookies and try opening the link again.


Google or Facebook login pop-up closes immediately

This is usually caused by a pop-up blocker. Disable any pop-up blockers in your browser and try again.


Changed your email and now can't log in

After changing your email, you need to confirm the new address before you can use it to log in. Check your inbox for a confirmation email. See how to update your account information.
