Google Drive Picker App Privacy Policy

This privacy notice covers the Kittl Google Drive Picker Extension and supplements Kittl's main Privacy Policy at kittl.com/privacy. Both apply in full; this notice describes only what is specific to the Google Drive integration.

The Google Drive Picker Extension uses the Google Picker API and the Google Drive API to let you choose image files from your Google Drive and add them to a Kittl design. It requests only the "drive.file" permission, which gives Kittl access to the individual files you select in the picker and nothing else in your Drive. Kittl is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC. Google Drive is a trademark of Google LLC.

When you sign in with Google in the picker, Google issues a short-lived access token to your browser. Kittl does not store this token or any other Google credentials on its servers; the token expires on its own within about an hour, and Kittl does not request a refresh token. We do not cache your files, folders, file metadata, or other Google Drive content on Kittl servers; the files you select are fetched from the Google Drive API in your browser and added to your Kittl workspace. Anything you choose to add to a Kittl design is governed by the imported-content terms in our main Privacy Policy.

Kittl's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Kittl does not resell or redistribute Google Drive content or Google Drive-derived data to any third party.

You can remove Kittl's access at any time in your Google Account under Security, then Third-party apps and services. Google Drive content remains subject to Google's Terms of Service.
