Canceling a subscription

You can cancel your Kittl subscription anytime—no long-term commitment needed. Once canceled, your plan stays active until the end of your billing cycle, so you can keep using premium features until then.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Go to Team Settings
  2. Click Plan and Billing
  3. Select Billing Information
  4. On your Billing Dashboard, click the “Cancel Subscription” button in the upper-right corner of the page.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing cycle
  • You’ll still have access to premium features during this time
  • After your billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan

Tips

  • Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge
  • You can always upgrade again whenever you’re ready
