Common issues
Can't cancel your subscription?
- Make sure you're logged into the correct account.
- If you don't see the Cancel Subscription button, check that you're on a paid account. It's easy to accidentally end up logged into a Free account instead.
- Try refreshing the page or switching to a different browser.
- Still stuck? Contact our support team and we'll sort it out.
Why am I still being charged after cancelling?
If you cancelled after your renewal date, the charge is for the billing cycle that was already in progress. Your subscription stays active until that period ends, and the payment covers that time.
To avoid future charges, cancel before your next renewal date. You can find that date in Plan & Billing.
If you think the charge is a mistake, contact our support team and we'll take a look.
I cancelled by mistake. How do I reactivate?
Your cancellation doesn't take effect until the end of your billing period, so you can undo it right away.
Go to the home page and click Renew Subscription in the lower-left corner. Your plan will continue as normal.
Can I get a refund after cancelling?
Refunds aren't generally provided, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
If you think there's been a billing error or another exceptional circumstance, contact our support team and we'll look into it.
