Please bear in mind that our community spaces are not official Kittl Support channels. We can’t be in all places at all times—which is actually a good thing. It means answers will often come from fellow community members who have already mastered Kittl, or are learning alongside you. We’ll occasionally chime in from time to time.
We read everything. Feel free to share suggestions for campaigns and content you want us to produce and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Staff hours: The Community and Support Team is available from Monday to Friday during working hours (EU & US). We take a break during weekends.
Response times: The average community response time during the week is a few hours - it may take longer on weekends. The good news is that you’ll often get a response much quicker if you reach out to Support directly.
