A payment reversal is one way a refund can be processed. Instead of appearing as a separate credit on your bank statement, the original charge disappears entirely — as if the payment never happened.
Check your bank statement for the original charge. If it's no longer there, your refund was processed as a reversal and the amount has been returned to your account.
Original charge gone from your statement? Your refund is complete. No separate credit line will appear — that's normal for a reversal.
Still seeing the original charge after 10 business days? Contact your bank for more information, or reach out to our support team and we'll look into it.
