Finding your invoice
You can download past invoices and/or receipts directly from your billing dashboard. Here's how to find them.
How to access your invoices
- From the home page, click your workspace avatar below the Kittl logo in the upper-left corner.
- Go to Team Settings > Plan & Billing.
- Click Billing Information to open the billing dashboard.
- Scroll down to the Invoice History section.
- Click the invoice you'd like to download.
- You'll be taken to the Stripe invoice page. Click Download Invoice to save it.
Need a receipt instead? Follow the same steps. On the Stripe invoice page (step 4), select Download Receipt.
Invoice History is only available on a paid plan. If you're on the Free plan, contact our support team and we can pull your past invoices for you.
Can't find your invoices?
- Make sure you're logged into the correct account.
- Check that your account is on a paid plan. Billing Dashboard isn't available on the Free plan.
- Try refreshing the page or switching to a different browser.
