Etsy takes anything from 2:1 to 1:2, so both work. Etsy plays listing videos without sound, so choose "no audio" and keep those tokens for another take. Each listing can hold two videos, so make one that shows the product in use and one that zooms in on the details.

• What happens to my tokens if I don't use them?

  Your monthly plan tokens don't roll over — they reset on your renewal date each month (the same day you originally subscribed), so it's use-it-or-lose-it within the month. Daily tokens on Expert and Max reset every day at 12 AM UTC and also don't carry over.
