How it works
Design challenges allow you to flex your creativity, build your portfolio, and win prizes. Here’s how to participate.

STEP 1Create a unique design
Create a design that answers the brief. You may use anything within the Kittl library of elements and fonts in your work, or create something entirely unique.

STEP 2Publish your design
In the Editor: hit the ‘Share’ button, then ‘Publish Project’, and follow the prompts. After filling out some info about your design, you can select the current challenge you wish to submit to.

STEP 3Collect votes & win
Encourage your network to join Kittl to vote! See individual Challenge briefs for details about other ways to win (e.g. jury selection).
Challenge rules
A Pro or Expert subscription is not necessary to enter or win a challenge. Free users can submit 1 design per challenge. Pro & Expert users can submit up to 3 designs per challenge.
General rules:
Challenges are open only to persons who are 18 years old or older
Challenge entries must be created with Kittl
To enter, you must publish a design to the Kittl community and select a challenge to submit
An entry must fulfill all Challenge requirements in order to be eligible to win a prize
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified
Prizes and winner selection:
Each Challenge will have at least one (1) community-selected winner and up to six (6) winners total. Please note that while community votes determine the top 3 finalists, in some Challenges, only the 1st place winner will be awarded a prize. Occasionally, winners will be hand-selected by a jury of industry professionals or by Kittl’s creative team. Winners will be notified by e-mail within five (5) days following selection of Winner(s).
Please see the Challenge brief for details about the number of winners, types of rewards, and ways to win.
Additionally:
All Kittl users are allowed to vote for as many designs as they want
You have one vote per design
When voting, we recommend keeping in mind the following criteria:
Interpretation of the brief
Concept and originality
Visual appeal
Technical execution
