The brief

Your 'client' is Dezain Crush: a festival, exhibition, and series of events taking over the iconic NRW Forum for three weekends straight. Organized by a group of friends and creatives, Dezain Crush celebrates cross-cultural collaboration and the power design has to connect worlds.

Create a key visual that captures the spirit of Dezain Crush’s 2025 edition.

Skip the clichés and push the concept. Think bold contrasts, unexpected pairings, and visual storytelling that reflects the energy of a global design dialogue. We want to see designs that are adaptable, flexible, and full of life!

Requirements:

• Use mockups to show how your visual works across at least two (2) formats: a poster + a t-shirt or tote bag
• Include the name of the festival: “Dezain Crush”
• You may use any size artboard and even multiple artboards

All 5 winners will receive a spotlight on Kittl's feed. Additionally:

How to participate:

• Use Kittl to create a design that answers the brief
• Select an eye-catching thumbnail and hit Share, then follow the prompts to publish your submission, making sure to select 'publish to Challenge' under the description box
• Post your design and tag us @kittldesign for a chance to be shared on our socials during the challenge
